Catexplorer is worldwide and ships to the entire globe.

We want to make sure that your Catexplorer goodies are puurfect, so please allow for 2 to 7 business days to create your order.



Delivery for apparel within the US takes between 3 to 8 days.

Delivery for other merchandise & cat backpacks within the US takes at most 11 business days.

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.


Delivery for apparel within Canada takes between 3 to 20 days.

Delivery for other merchandise & cat backpacks with Canada takes at most 11 business days.

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.

Everywhere Else in the World

Delivery around the globe (excluding the US) takes between 3 to 20 days for apparel.

Delivery around the globe (excluding the US) for cat backpacks and other merchandise takes between 5 - 14 business days.

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.

If you would prefer a faster deliver please contact us prior to your order.

Once your order is received by the postal Carrier, Catexplorer is no longer responsible for the shipment. You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments and we will quickly proceed once a resolution has been determined.

Multiple Shipments

Some of your items may be shipped separately as they are packaged differently.

Customs and Import Fees

Customs and import fees, however, aren’t included in the purchase. With regards to the policy of the destination country, different fees might be charged and calculated based on the total value of the purchased goods. These charges aren’t included in your purchases from Catexplorer. Please research about the import and customs laws of your destination country before purchasing any item online. Items purchased from our online store are delivered from the United States, Latvia or Australia.


If you aren’t happy with your Catexplorer purchase, we aren’t happy either.

To process a return, contact Catexplorer within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed, regrettably, we cannot provide you with a refund.

Returns due to damaged product

In the rare occasion, if you find that your item is defective, damaged or misprinted, contact us with photos of your item and proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Your case will be assessed and an exchange organised as appropriate.

These returns must retain original packaging and packing slip.

Incorrect Sizing

If you find that you accidentally picked the wrong size, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note, in order to process this return, shipping to our Australian warehouse will be at your cost. A 25% restocking fee will also be charged from your refund.

Vinegar smell

Sometimes, the clothing you purchase may smell like vinegar. We like to say, this is the new T-shirt smell.

In all seriousness, this smell may occur due to the printing process. Catexplorer’s products are made using direct-to-garment printing technology. While this process increases the durability of the print on your garments, it may also produce a vinegar smell. This is harmless to you & the environment and should completely vanish after the first wash.

As such, we are unable to offer refunds for products that smell like vinegar.

Lost in Transit

If your goodies are lost in transit, please contact us, within 14 days after the estimated delivery date with your proof of purchase.

Address Change after item has shipped

Unfortunately, if the wrong address was used or address was changed after the package has been shipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs as the package will be returned to our warehouse.

If the shipping address is our mistake, we will cover the shipping costs.

Unclaimed Packages

Deliveries that go unclaimed are returned to our warehouse and you will be liable for the cost of a delivery to yourself.


Once an order is confirmed, unfortunately it can not be cancelled.
