COVID-19 Update - 1st April 2020
As of 9pm on the 2nd April 2020 (Australian Eastern Standard Time), Catexplorer will only be shipping orders within Australia.
All international orders placed before 9pm on the 2nd April 2020 will be shipped from Catexplorer’s Australian warehouse by the 6th April 2020 (latest).
This is because Catexplorer’s international delivery partner has raised prices multiple times due to the current COVID crisis and unfortunately, it is no longer viable to ship internationally without increasin our prices.
Rest assured that Catexplorer will start shipping internationally as soon as we are able to.
COVID-19 Update - 27th March 2020
Catexplorer’s warehouses in the US are not fulfilling orders as normal due to COVID-19 self isolation requirements.
While our warehouses in Europe & Mexico are still operating, we have made the decision to remove some items from our shop as we can not guarantee they will be shipped soon.
Rest assured, these will be added back to our online shop as soon as the restrictions due to COVID-19 are lifted.
All products currently on the Catexplorer store are fulfilled from the Australian Catexplorer warehouse, which is still operating.
