Adami’s mum, Terri told us all about Adami.

Adami is a blue Abysinnian who was born at the beginning of the pandemic.

She is the only purebred cat her people have had after a long line of rescue cats (some of who were also Catexplorers). She loves hiking on leash on single track trails in wooded areas as well as urban exploring.

Adami is a Certified Trick Cat (currently Novice level) and loves agility course and recall training.

What would Adami say is her personality?

Adami has two speeds - stop and go-go-go!

She wants to be involved in everything her people are doing which makes for a strong family bond even if cooking is a challenge sometimes.

They eat, sleep, play and hunt together - indoors and out.

What has Adami achieved that has made you the proudest?

Adami's big sensitive ears can pick up the song from the ice cream truck when it is blocks away. She would hide until it was well out of hearing range.

She faced her fear as she sat curbside in a stroller and we bought her first ice cream.

Now when we hear the truck coming, we get her little cup of ice cream out of the freezer and she comes running to watch the truck from the window as she laps up a rare treat.
